Campaign planning and implementation
Any fundraising campaign, of whatever size and scope, is a major undertaking. It raises questions about organisational aspirations and leadership, about volunteer recruitment and management, the prospect pool, wider organisational commitment, the perceptions of external constituencies. And there are very practical considerations about the size of the goal, about timing, staffing and resources, phasing and communications.
As practitioners and consultants we have been closely involved with strategy and planning for many campaigns, including some of the largest ever run in the UK – Cambridge University’s £1bn, Edinburgh University’s £350m and the NSPCC’s groundbreaking £250m Full Stop Appeal.
We have extensive insight into what makes campaigns succeed, or not, across different not-for-profit sectors. Our experience covers all aspects of the planning and implementation cycle and we are pleased to advise on any aspect of that process.
Here are a few of our clients for this service:
Durrell Wildlife Trust, École Polytechnique, INSEAD, the NSPCC, Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, the Perse School, Queen’s University Belfast, the RSC, Salisbury Playhouse, Theatre Royal Plymouth, Università Bocconi.
