Rebecca Rendle

Rebecca has experience in fundraising, press, public relations, marketing and senior management. After graduating she worked at Oxford Regional Health Authority and national charity CSV (Community Service Volunteers) from 1990-1996 and again from 1998 -2000. She was responsible for establishing CSV's fundraising capacity, generating some £2 million a year. Her most recent role at CSV focused on operational management of a UK-wide programme of 120 staff, 3,000 volunteers and a £6 million turnover.

Rebecca also managed the successful 1991-1992 Lord Mayor's Appeal which raised £1.25 million in five large corporate gifts and in excess of £250,000 in events and smaller contributions. From 1996 to 1998 she worked as a Senior Consultant with Dr Henry Drucker at Oxford Philanthropic where her clients included Coventry Cathedral, the Labour Party, Leeds Metropolitan University, the Tate Gallery and the University of Nottingham.

Rebecca joined Iain More Associates in December 2000, then became Fundraising Director for Maggie's Centres in 2003 before returning to work as an Associate Consultant with Iain More Associates in January 2006. She re-joined the firm full-time in 2010. Consultancy assignments have included feasibility studies and ongoing consultancy for SOAS and Kingston Grammar School; interim management of the development offices at Birkbeck College, Somerville College and the University of Westminster; and strategic advice for the Imperial War Museum, the Institute of Public Policy Research and the Climate Group.

Rebecca has a degree in English Language and Literature from Trinity College, Oxford. She is a member of the Institute of Fundraising and is based in London.
